About HYROX - PERFORMANCE

Hyrox-simulated conditioning class combining threshold running, heavy ergs, and functional strength in a high-energy, small-group environment. 

Built around a definitive 5-zone format, this class cycles through every critical HYROX movement pattern from sled work to heavy carries.

To ensure progressive adaption, the programming alternates weekly: one week focuses on "The engine" (Sustained, continuous aerobic capacity) and the next focuses on "S & C" (heavier loads and high-intensity power output).

Utilising a mix of individual efforts and paired "you-go-I-go" relays, the intensity is relentless, and the flow is unbroken.

Designed for those with a solid baseline of fitness who are ready to push thresholds, build elite endurance, and maximise race-day performance.
